www.gelora.co - Polemik rencana investasi Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) di tanah waqaf Aceh dari Habib Bugak di Mekkah, Arab Saudi, masih menimbulkan reaksi dari kalangan masyarakat Aceh.
Anggota DPD RI asal Aceh, H Sudirman atau Haji Uma, mengirim surat kepada Nazir Baitul Asyi di Arab Saudi.
“Surat bernomor 40/20.2/B-03/III/2018 dikirim Haji Uma pada hari Selasa, 13 Maret 2018,” kata Muhammad Daud, Staf Ahli H Sudirman kepada Serambinews.com, di Banda Aceh, Selasa (13/3/2018).
Dikatakan, surat yang tertulis dalam bahasa Inggris tersebut ditujukan kepada Sheikh Abdul Lathief Muhammad Baltouw, selaku Pimpinan Waqaf Aceh di Mekkah yang beralamat Elaf Al Masyaer Hotel, 6571 Ajyad Street Mecca 24231, Saudi Arabia.
Dalam surat tersebut, senator yang duduk di Komite II DPD RI ini menyampaikan kepada Sheikh Abdul Lathief Muhammad Baltouw, bahwa rencana investasi BPKH telah menimbulkan reaksi sikap penolakan dari masyarakat Aceh, bahkan hingga saat ini terus menjadi polemik di tengah masyarakat.
“Dalam menyikapi reaksi masyarakat Aceh saat ini terhadap persoalan dimaksud, Haji Uma menyampaikan apresiasi atas upaya terbaik yang telah dan sedang dilakukan oleh Sheikh Abdul Lathief Muhammad Baltouw dalam mengelola tanah waqaf Aceh di Mekkah,” kata Muhammad Daud.
Haji Uma juga mendukung sepenuhnya konsistensi pengelolaan wakaf oleh Nadhir Waqaf Al Asyi, sebagaimana akad waqaf dari Bughak yang secara jelas memberikan manfaat kepada Jamaah Haji dan penziarah dari Aceh.
Selanjutnya Haji Uma meminta pertimbangan kepada Sheikh Abdul Lathief Muhammad Baltouw untuk menolak rencana dan tujuan investasi BPKH terhadap tanah waqaf Aceh di Mekkah.
"Sejak awal saya, secara pribadi saya tidak sependapat dengan pengelolaan tanah wakaf Aceh di Arab oleh BPKH. Intinya kita menginginkan yang terbaik bagi pengelolaan tanah waqaf tersebut dan apa yang berlaku selama ini sudah sangat baik", ujar Haji Uma.

In connection with the plan of the Haj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) of the Republic of Indonesia which plans to invest in the location of the land of Aceh Waqf Habib Bugha’ in Mecca of Saudi Arabia on behalf of one of a member of Regional Representative Council (Senator) of the republic of Indonesia elected from Aceh I would like to express my opinion and suggestion about the investment plan of the BPKH that has emerged reaction and rejection attitude from the people of Aceh, even to this day continue to be a polemic in the society.
In responding to the reaction of the people of Aceh currently related to the above matters, I appreciate all best efforts that done and still being done by you in managing the Aceh Waqf in Mecca. I also support fully that you and Nadhir Waqf Al Asyiy will consistently manage the Waqf as has been messaged by the letter of Waqf of Habib Bugha’ that clearly always give the benefits directly to the pilgrims of Aceh.
I also urge you to consider the objection and rejection of the plan of BPKH of the Republic of Indonesia to invest in the land of Aceh Waqf in Mecca.
Your support to maintain the Waqf of Aceh in Mecca and other places in Saudi Arabia will be highly appreciated.
